One of the most powerful ways to begin living the life you want is by using the power of manifestation.
In today's post, I'm going to focus on three easy manifestation techniques, with examples, that you can begin using today.
WHAT IS MANIFESTATION?
First, let's look at what it means to manifest something: an event, action, or object that clearly shows or embodies something, especially a theory or an abstract idea.
When you are looking to attain certain things in your life, like a certain type of home or being able to live in a specific location, being able to envision that abstract idea and turn it into your reality, is what manifestation is all about.
But how to manifest things is where this blog will come in handy, as I'm about to share three of the best manifestation techniques that are simple, easy, and can start working for you immediately...so let's dive in!
MANIFESTATION TECHNIQUE #1: JOURNALING
There is scientific evidence that supports the idea of your thoughts creating your reality.
Being able to formulate what your thoughts embody is an important part of any manifesting technique.
Journaling is an incredible way for you to outline exactly what it is that you want to manifest in your life, by writing out in detail what you desire for yourself.
By writing out what you want your dream home to look like, feel like, smell like, the colors of your home, the rooms in your home, what a typical morning looks like, what things you can create in your home, etc., really allows the brain to understand what your thoughts are about this "thing" that you want to manifest.
The more detailed, the better, and the more often you journal, the more apt you are to create new thoughts about what your reality is to look like.
This is also helping you to practice the Universal Law of Attraction, which I have an entire blog post about. By creating these new thoughts, you are attracting that which you desire....pretty cool, right?
MANIFESTATION TECHNIQUE #2: VISUALIZE YOUR HIGHEST SELF
This manifestation technique again involves tapping into what you want and desire for your life, and getting really specific with how it looks, feels, smells, etc.
The power of visualizing your highest self involves carving out time in your day and allowing yourself to daydream what it is that you want. The more specific, the better.
I encourage you to visit my blog about the power of visualization, which includes an incredible video with Mel Robbins, explaining how the brain works when you visualize your highest self (which just means the best version of yourself, living your best life, most times beyond anything you could ever imagine).
MANIFESTATION TECHNIQUE #3: AFFIRMATIONS
This manifestation technique is all about speaking aloud the future things you want and desire as if they are already true.
For instance, if you want to manifest your dream home, an affirmation you can use is
"I love waking up in my dream home, that I am so grateful for."
Using affirmations all throughout your day is again another way to begin transforming your thoughts from what you write, visualize, and speak into your truth, and that you already embody the very thing(s) you are desiring for your life.
Here are a few of my favorite affirmations, that I use all throughout my day:
The Universe is always working in my favor.
Money and abundance flow easily and effortlessly into my life, from multiple sources, on a consistent basis, now and always.
I am protected with Sprit's golden-white light.
My work is needed and I am a magnet for success.
